Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  • You can return candles within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as the item is unused.

  • We pack our candles with great care, but because they are fragile, we cannot guarantee they will always arrive in perfect condition.

  • If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Deliveries

  • All postal deliveries are sent via CTT Registered Mail, which includes a tracking code. We’ll email you the code once your order ships. If you allow it, we can also share updates via your phone number.

  • We are a local Azorean business! Within the “Triangle” of the Central Group (São Jorge, Pico, and Faial), we can arrange:

    • Hand delivery or pick-up

    • Boat delivery, depending on travel schedules
      Just let us know your preference at checkout.


Privacy

  • We use your personal data to ship your orders and communicate with you about them, and nothing more. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

  • Our online shop is protected with SSL encryption for safe transactions.

  • All prices include 16% VAT, as per Azorean law.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe and PayPal.

  • Invoices with taxpayer numbers (NIF) are issued using certified software approved by the Tax Authority (No. 3041/AT).
