You can return candles within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as the item is unused.

We pack our candles with great care, but because they are fragile, we cannot guarantee they will always arrive in perfect condition.

If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Deliveries

All postal deliveries are sent via CTT Registered Mail, which includes a tracking code. We’ll email you the code once your order ships. If you allow it, we can also share updates via your phone number.
